Charlotte Duckworth.

Charlotte is a CIMPSA qualified Personal Trainer providing one-to-one and small class exercise programmes in New Malden, KT3 and the surrounding area.

As a Boxercise registered instructor, Charlotte brings many boxing techniques and exercises into her training. Charlotte has also completed the MIND Mental Health Awareness for Sport & Physical Activity programme to bring a holistic approach to mind and body.

With a degree in Sports Science, multiple age-grade national Judo titles and fully qualified as a Sports Massage Therapist, Charlotte has a well-rounded approach and passion for sport that she brings into each and every session.
